If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Information on the Site regarding products may not apply to products offered for sale or use in your geographic location. Shipping and handling restrictions may apply to certain products on the Site.

Pricing & Sales Tax
All Item Prices listed on the Site are quoted in the default displayed currency based on your location, and are subject to change at any time without notice in our sole discretion. To see final pricing for your location, items in your Bag, and estimated shipping charges, please proceed to checkout.
Applicable sales tax will be collected for orders based on state law requirements. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on many factors, including method of delivery, total price of order, and our current taxability in the state where your order is delivered.
Promotions & Coupons
Promotions, coupons, sale offers or any other incentives which may reduce the selling price of any Item are available for limited time periods only and are subject to any further restrictions provided on the detail page of the promotion. Offers are automatically applied at checkout on qualifying items.
Vetements reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate any promotion, coupon, offer or incentive at any time, for any reason in its sole discretion. Vetements has no obligation to honor incorrectly posted or erroneous promotions, coupons, offers or incentives.
Payment
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) used in connection with any purchase. All payment transaction details provided by you must be complete and accurate.
Vetements will only deliver products to the payment cardholder’s verified billing address. We reserve the right to reject orders in our sole discretion for reasons including inaccurate or incomplete billing and/or shipping information.
If you make certain purchases on the Site, you may be prompted by our third-party payment processor to open an online account and provide credit card or other payment information. In this case, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested by the payment processor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any third party account and password that we or our payment processor may issue to you, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all purchases made under your third party account or password.

Vetements expressly disclaims any liability with respect to your interactions with third party websites, including the third party payment processor. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of ordered products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery information. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping dates on the Site are estimates and are not binding. We are not liable for any delays in shipment. You may not cancel an order because of shipment delay.
In-Store Pickup
When you choose in-store pickup, your online order can be picked up at a Vetements retail location, subject to availability. You will receive email notification when your online order is ready for in-store pickup. You must pick up your order within 5 days of receiving the pickup notice. If you do not pick up your order, it will be cancelled and we will process a refund.
You may cancel your order before pickup by contacting customer service. If you cancel your pickup order before it is ready, we will process a refund. If you cancel after receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City and County of Los Angeles. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any policies referred to herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Vetements regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
